1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Trillium Black, concerning your access to and use of our professional transportation services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas. By booking a ride or accessing our website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

Trillium Black grants you a limited license to access and use our booking platform for personal or corporate transportation needs. Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all content therein, including logos, designs, and text, are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree to use our chauffeur services responsibly and to comply with all local regulations during your transit.

• Users are prohibited from using the service for any illegal activities, including the transport of illicit substances or hazardous materials within the vehicle.
• You may not engage in any conduct that damages, disables, or impairs the vehicle or interferes with the Trillium Black ability to operate the vehicle safely.
• The unauthorized use of our brand name, trademarks, or proprietary booking software for commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive for punctuality and excellence, Trillium Black is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic congestion, or unforeseen mechanical failures beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trillium Black shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our transportation services, including lost profits or personal property loss during transit.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Greater Toronto Area.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our service or legal obligations. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the 'Effective Date' at the top of this page.
